HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
After much deliberation and discussion amongst athletes, we have made our garments as close to an average size range as possible. In most instances the size you would usually buy in clothes is the size you buy from us.
CAN I RETURN MY GARMENT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
After much deliberation and discussion amongst athletes,at Leada we understand that not all manufacturers make garments the same size. Therefore we don’t mind you sending garments back to be exchanged for a different size. We recommend that you return your garment by REGISTERED post, along with a copy of your receipt. If in Australia we will not charge postage to return it back to you, if outside of Australia we will only charge the lowest price available from Australia Post to get your exchanges back to you.
MY GARMENT NEEDS REPAIRING, WHAT CAN I DO?
In the unlikely event that your garment needs repairing through normal wear, we will have it repaired or replaced ASAP so that you can get back in the water fast.
CAN I CHANGE MY GARMENT FOR A DIFFERENT ONE IF I DONT LIKE THE COLOUR?
Hey lets face it not all colours look true to life on a computer screen. So if your not 100% happy with the print or colour of your new garment, just return it for an exchange. We won’t even charge you for the freight back to you. How’s that for service?

CAN I ORDER A DIFFERENT SIZED TOP TO BOTTOM IN THE 2 - PIECES?
Absolutely, we can make you a different size pant to top in any one of our 2-pieces. All you have to do is contact us either by email, phone or fax. Our customer service team will help you with your enquiry.
HOW DO YOU SEND MY GARMENTS TO ME?
Australia Post will send 99% of our orders. Your order will be REGISTERED so you will have to sign for it upon arrival. We suggest that if you work full time that you use a work address for delivery, therefore eliminating any extra time for delivery.
CAN I BE SURE THAT I WILL RECIEVE MY GARMENTS?
We have been sending garments to people all over the world for the past 20 years. If your garment doesn’t get to you don’t worry its not your problem it’s ours, we will find it and make sure it is delivered to you ASAP.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
At Leada we have a huge amount of stock, but if for some reason the garment you’ve ordered is out of stock, our customer service team will call you with a delivery date for your order. We have stock coming into our storeroom almost every day so be rest assured that your order wont be far away at all.
